Gated 55+ active-adult community developed 1985-2002 with roughly 2,120 residences, adjacent to its own retail marketplace.

Sun City Apple Valley

Del Webb-built age-restricted (55+) community started in 2004 with about 1,700 single-family homes and its own golf course.

Sycamore Rocks

Semi-rural residential area in the northeast part of town near Navajo Road and the Granite Hills area.

Apple Valley Golf Course area

Residential streets surrounding the public 18-hole municipal course on Rancherias Road.
