Insider Realty is a California real estate brokerage based in San Francisco, California. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Brokerage licence details are provided by the broker of record on request. Our listed agent, Zarko Maletin, holds California DRE license number 02440138, which you can verify in the Department of Real Estate’s public licence lookup.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, a property address or listing link, your message, and the city you are interested in.
Information stored in your browser. This site uses your browser’s local storage to remember the city you have chosen and the role you selected (for example, buyer or seller), so the site can show you relevant content on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not automatically sent to us.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request.
Analytics. If Cloudflare analytics is enabled on this site, it may collect aggregated, privacy-focused usage statistics such as page views and general location. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party ad-tracking technology.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to respond to your inquiries, connect you with our real estate services, send you the information you requested, keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences on return visits, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share the information collected through our forms with GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use to organize and respond to inquiries, and with the providers who host and run this website. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act. The California Attorney General explains these rights in full, and the California Privacy Protection Agency is the state body that enforces them.
- The right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it has been used and shared.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

6. Data retention
We keep the information described in section 2 for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations. Form submissions stored in our CRM are retained according to our normal business practices for client and lead records.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
