Fairway Canyon

Master-planned golf-course community on Beaumont's west side built around the Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon, sited at roughly 2,600-2,800 feet for mountain views.

Solera at Oak Valley Greens

55+ active-adult community opened by Del Webb in 2003, comprising 1,290 homes that sold out within about three years.

Four Seasons at Beaumont

Gated 55+ active-adult community developed by K.

Olivewood

Beaumont's newest master-planned community, launched by Taylor Morrison in 2018 as a fully gated development that has since sold out.

Tournament Hills

Gated community built mainly by Pardee Homes roughly 2004-2014, centered on a private catch-and-release fishing lake adjacent to the Tukwet Canyon golf course.

Sundance

One of Beaumont's largest master-planned communities, developed by Pardee Homes beginning in the early 2000s, home to Sundance Elementary, a California Distinguished School.
