The neighbourhoods

Where Diamond Bar actually breaks down, in the desk's own words.

Full neighbourhood file →

The Country Estates

A roughly 1,600-acre, 24-hour guard-gated hillside tract of 931 custom home lots; its homeowners association was chartered in 1966 as "Equestrian Estates" before adopting its current name.

Crystal Ridge

A non-equestrian tract adjacent to the original Country Estates that was integrated into the Diamond Bar Country Estates Association during the 2000s, contributing a distinct architectural character to the wider community.

Windmill

Like Crystal Ridge, this tract was originally a separate, non-horse subdivision that was folded into the Country Estates association in the 2000s as the area's equestrian lots gave way to denser housing.

Steeplechase

A street of large, roughly 0.79-acre custom-home lots inside the guard-gated Country Estates, reflecting the tract's original horse-property lot sizing.

Pantera

A hillside neighborhood built on the slopes overlooking Sycamore Canyon, anchored by Pantera Park, whose 15.5 developed acres include ballfields, a dog park, and a 1.4-mile loop trail.

Summitridge

The civic and recreational core of the city, where Summitridge Park holds the Diamond Bar Center, the city's council chamber and community-events venue.
