Golf-course master-planned community in north Fontana near the 210, with an active HOA and CFD assessments layered by phase.

North Fontana

The city's newer upper-starter and move-up area above the 210, developed later than central and south Fontana.

Southridge Village

Large specific-plan community between four freeways with homes mostly built from the late 1970s through the late 1990s.

Village of Heritage

Established tract-home neighborhood with builder-grade landscaping typical of its build era.
