Full neighbourhood file →Named for Louis Robidoux, who settled the area in 1843; grew from 3,798 residents in 1950 to 34,280 by the 2010 census as it urbanized into a dense mid-century suburb.
Platted as a subdivision of West Riverside by the Riverside Development Company and given the name Glen Avon Heights in 1909.
Originally named Wineville; renamed in 1930 to distance itself from the notorious Wineville Chicken Coop Murders.
Named for William Pedley, an irrigation engineer for the San Jacinto Land Company; the settlement was named around 1903-04 when a rail depot was installed there.
A small former census-designated place of 1.5 square miles with about 5,153 residents at the 2010 census before its 2011 merger into Jurupa Valley.
