Nellie Gail Ranch

An equestrian community of about 1,400 homes on 1,400 acres, laced with 25 miles of private horse trails and homes dating from the 1970s through the 1980s.

Moulton Ranch

A neighborhood dating to 1988 with its own equestrian facilities and hiking trails, often grouped with neighboring Nellie Gail.

Stratford Ridge

An established neighborhood of larger, higher-value homes near local schools and parks.

Laguna Terrace

A neighborhood of single-family homes and townhouses, one of the more affordable entry points into Laguna Hills.

Village at Laguna Hills

The site of the city's former 1973 regional mall, closed in 2018 and now under redevelopment into a roughly $130 million mixed-use project of offices, retail, a hotel, and apartments.
