Single-family home community dating to 2004-2006 with larger homes, adjacent to the newer Cabrillo at Monument Park phase.
May Ranch
Established residential community dating to 1994 and built out through 2009.
Villages of Avalon
Planned community built 2003-2006, governed by a roughly 1,247-unit HOA with parks and community pools.
