Full neighbourhood file →A 45-block, 230-acre district of 821 structures, mostly single-family homes built from the 1890s through the 1940s in late Victorian, Craftsman, Colonial, Mission/Spanish, and Tudor Revival styles; designated in 1998 as Pomona's first and largest residential historic district and listed on the National Register in 2004.
Designated August 2, 1999, this district holds the most architecturally eclectic mix of the city's historic areas, dominated by Craftsman cottages and bungalows.
Designated October 6, 2003 as Pomona's fourth historic district, its homes span nearly a century of the city's residential building history.
A master-planned community in southwest Pomona developed starting in 1965 by Louis Lesser Enterprises on the former Phillips Ranch land — part of the 1837 Rancho San Jose grant that had passed to Louis Phillips in 1864; mostly built out through the 1970s, with condo phases added in the 1980s.
Centered on West 2nd Street in downtown, this district's live/work lofts and galleries occupy adaptive reuse of pre-World War II industrial buildings, including the Union Block West, one of Pomona's oldest structures; Antique Row along Garey Avenue and 2nd Street is one of the country's older antique-mall districts.
