National Register-listed (1994), 109 acres immediately south of downtown; Victorian and Craftsman homes built 1887-1913, including the A.K.
Redlands Santa Fe Depot District
National Register-listed (1991), 20 acres centered on the 1909-10 Classical Revival train depot.
Lugonia
Original 1850s-70s township north of the Santa Ana River, merged into Redlands at its 1888 incorporation.
Crafton
Former 1859 health-resort township, partly incorporated into Redlands in 1888.
Barton
Named for an early landowner; one of the original townships merged into the 1888 incorporation.
Terracina
Original "Terracina Colony" township merged into the 1888 incorporation, also a former streetcar line name.
