Foothill neighborhood near the historic Arrowhead Springs Hotel site, with proximity to the San Bernardino Mountains and open-space trails.

Del Rosa

Established neighborhood roughly two miles east of downtown with mid-century tract homes.

Rosena Ranch

Master-planned community in the Lytle Creek foothills on the city's north side, built out since 2007 with an active HOA.
