A six-block core around Main Street holds the 1890 Union Oil Company Building, now the California Oil Museum, and the 1911 Glen Tavern Inn, a Tudor-Craftsman hotel funded by twenty-five local businessmen and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
McKevett Heights
Santa Paula's first subdivision, laid out in 1920 on winding, sloped streets and named for the McKevett family — Alice Stowell McKevett donated the land that became Ebell Park nearby.
The Oaks
An established neighborhood of more than 200 homes dating to the 1940s, known locally for mature shade trees and landscaping that predates most of the city's postwar tracts.
Harvest at Limoneira (East Area One)
A roughly 500-acre master-planned community on former Limoneira citrus and avocado ranchland on the city's eastern edge, approved by the city in 2015 and broken ground in 2017, building out toward a planned 1,500-plus homes alongside a school site and more than 60 acres of parks and open space.
View Park / Ridge View
Hillside streets on the north side of the valley, developed for their elevated sightlines over the citrus groves and the Santa Clara River below.
