Historic Downtown Upland

The city's oldest section, east of Euclid Avenue between 8th Street and Arrow Highway, originally known as Old Magnolia; today home to nearly 200 downtown businesses and a Saturday farmers market held April through October.

Euclid Avenue Historic District

Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005; laid out by colony founder George Chaffey as a 200-foot-wide boulevard with a landscaped center parkway now used as a three-mile Bridle Path.

North Upland

The city's largest neighborhood by area, annexed in Upland's 1935 boundary redrawing; home to the Colonies master-planned community, Upland Hills Country Club, Red Hill Country Club and Cable Airport.

Los Olivos

A smaller residential tract in central Upland near Euclid Avenue, with a mix of single-family homes, mobile homes and townhouses.

Upland Palms

A residential tract along Arrow Highway and Benson Avenue in southwest Upland, crossed by the BNSF and Metrolink rail lines.

North Ontario

A small central-Upland tract carrying the city's original name — North Ontario — from before the 1902 incorporation dispute that led Upland to split off from Ontario and incorporate separately in 1906.
