East Lake Village

Master-planned community of about 2,240 homes built out from the late 1970s through 2005 around a 15-acre private lake with catch-and-release fishing.

Bryant Ranch

Tracts and condo communities built mid-1980s through the late 1990s on land tied to the Susanna Bixby Bryant family ranch; the city-owned Bryant Ranch Museum and Botanic Gardens sits on the original property.

Kerrigan Ranch

Gated hillside neighborhood northwest of East Lake, built mostly on lots over a half-acre with equestrian trail access.

Travis Ranch

Hillside, valley and canyon-edge master-planned community built roughly 1997-2003 with about 1,500 single-family homes and townhouses.

Vista Del Verde

Condos, townhomes and single-family homes built around Black Gold Golf Club in eastern Yorba Linda.

Main Street Historic District

The city's original downtown, evolving from an unpaved road with scattered shops into today's tree-lined commercial street marked by an entrance arch at Imperial Highway.
