Locally called simply 'Mutual,' this is one of Lakewood's earliest tract developments, dating to the original 1950s build-out, and remains a time capsule of small ranch-style homes from the 1940s-1950s.

The largest and original tract built by the Lakewood Park Company starting in 1950, with 2- and 3-bedroom, one-bath homes on roughly 5,000-square-foot lots, raised foundations, and hardwood flooring; this tract is the core of what made Lakewood the country's first large post-war planned housing development.
