Old Las Palmas

Developed in the mid-1920s on a former citrus grove; about 290 homes on a street plan influenced by Frederick Law Olmsted.

Vista Las Palmas / Little Tuscany

Hillside neighborhoods developed 1930s-1950s with a real concentration of mid-century modern homes by Neutra, Albert Frey and E.

Racquet Club Estates

North of Vista Chino; 500-plus mid-century homes including Donald Wexler steel-frame houses carrying Class One historic designation.

Tahquitz River Estates

Homes dating to the 1930s; today roughly 600 homes and businesses, the largest of the city's neighborhood organizations.

Historic Tennis Club

Development dating to the 1920s-30s; a mix of roughly 400 homes, condos, inns and restaurants near downtown.

Twin Palms

Post-and-beam tract designed by architect William Krisel and built 1957-58 by the Alexander Construction Company, around 1,600 sq ft homes.
