The week in Spring Valley
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Spring Valley, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Spring Valley file →The largest reduction on the desk was 738 Carlsbad Street — down $100,000, from $749,999 to $649,999, listed by Real Broker.
25 listings changed status: 9 sold, 9 pending, 3 coming soon, 2 active under contract. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.

That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.

GuideSelling or buying a septic home in Spring Valley?
Spring Valley is unincorporated, so the County of San Diego, not a city, handles septic permits and records. What is on file, what to ask, and what to check first.
