Talega

The city's largest master-planned community, construction began in 1999, more than 4,000 residential units built around its own golf course.

Forster Ranch

Northeastern hillside tract, family-oriented, built mainly in the 1980s-90s.

Rancho San Clemente

Hilltop planned community with ocean and mountain views.

Marblehead / Marblehead Coastal

Gated, bluff-top community in the east-central part of the city, a mix of single-family and condo product.

Sea Summit

One of the newest tracts, built on the former Marblehead Coastal parcel with ocean-view homes.

North Beach / downtown

The original 1925 Ole Hanson-era townsite, Spanish Colonial Revival architecture predominant, home to the 1927 Casa Romantica landmark.
